Using the zip or rar file
1.Download db2server.dll
2.Extract db2server.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract db2server.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting db2server.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract db2server.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place db2server.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 db2server.dll and press Enter.
