Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dbcore4ora.dll
2.Extract dbcore4ora.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dbcore4ora.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dbcore4ora.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dbcore4ora.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dbcore4ora.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dbcore4ora.dll and press Enter.
