Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dbexppge.dll 4.1.1.0
2.Extract dbexppge.dll 4.1.1.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dbexppge.dll 4.1.1.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dbexppge.dll 4.1.1.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dbexppge.dll 4.1.1.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dbexppge.dll 4.1.1.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dbexppge.dll 4.1.1.0 and press Enter.
