Using the zip or rar file
1.Download driver320301.dll
2.Extract driver320301.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract driver320301.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting driver320301.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract driver320301.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place driver320301.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 driver320301.dll and press Enter.
