Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dvrhb4xy.dll
2.Extract dvrhb4xy.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dvrhb4xy.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dvrhb4xy.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dvrhb4xy.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dvrhb4xy.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dvrhb4xy.dll and press Enter.
