Using the zip or rar file
1.Download drmrightsinfo.dll
2.Extract drmrightsinfo.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract drmrightsinfo.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting drmrightsinfo.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract drmrightsinfo.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place drmrightsinfo.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 drmrightsinfo.dll and press Enter.
