Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DL91JP2KLib.dll
2.Extract DL91JP2KLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DL91JP2KLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DL91JP2KLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DL91JP2KLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DL91JP2KLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DL91JP2KLib.dll and press Enter.
