Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DbCsBaseu.dll
2.Extract DbCsBaseu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DbCsBaseu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DbCsBaseu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DbCsBaseu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DbCsBaseu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DbCsBaseu.dll and press Enter.
