Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Delta3Ups.dll
2.Extract Delta3Ups.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Delta3Ups.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Delta3Ups.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Delta3Ups.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Delta3Ups.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Delta3Ups.dll and press Enter.
