Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Dnp30Tcp.dll
2.Extract Dnp30Tcp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Dnp30Tcp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Dnp30Tcp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Dnp30Tcp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Dnp30Tcp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Dnp30Tcp.dll and press Enter.
