Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dcdialogsvr.dll
2.Extract dcdialogsvr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcdialogsvr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcdialogsvr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcdialogsvr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcdialogsvr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcdialogsvr.dll and press Enter.
