Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dwgut.dll
2.Extract dwgut.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dwgut.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dwgut.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dwgut.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dwgut.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dwgut.dll and press Enter.
