Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Deerchao.War3Share.W3xParser.dll
2.Extract Deerchao.War3Share.W3xParser.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Deerchao.War3Share.W3xParser.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Deerchao.War3Share.W3xParser.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Deerchao.War3Share.W3xParser.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Deerchao.War3Share.W3xParser.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Deerchao.War3Share.W3xParser.dll and press Enter.
