Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DiscretenessUpload.dll
2.Extract DiscretenessUpload.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DiscretenessUpload.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DiscretenessUpload.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DiscretenessUpload.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DiscretenessUpload.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DiscretenessUpload.dll and press Enter.
