Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DlgOperType3DLL.dll
2.Extract DlgOperType3DLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DlgOperType3DLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DlgOperType3DLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DlgOperType3DLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DlgOperType3DLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DlgOperType3DLL.dll and press Enter.
