Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DotNetARX.dll
2.Extract DotNetARX.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DotNetARX.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DotNetARX.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DotNetARX.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DotNetARX.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DotNetARX.dll and press Enter.
