Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DrvUtility.dll
2.Extract DrvUtility.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DrvUtility.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DrvUtility.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DrvUtility.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DrvUtility.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DrvUtility.dll and press Enter.
