Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dbtool10.dll
2.Extract dbtool10.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dbtool10.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dbtool10.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dbtool10.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dbtool10.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dbtool10.dll and press Enter.
