Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dcap32.w95
2.Extract dcap32.w95 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcap32.w95 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcap32.w95.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcap32.w95 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcap32.w95 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcap32.w95 and press Enter.
