Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dclite70.bpl
2.Extract dclite70.bpl from .zip. We recommend that you extract dclite70.bpl to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dclite70.bpl.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dclite70.bpl to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dclite70.bpl in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dclite70.bpl and press Enter.
