Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dcsec0407.dll
2.Extract dcsec0407.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcsec0407.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcsec0407.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcsec0407.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcsec0407.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcsec0407.dll and press Enter.
