Using the zip or rar file
1.Download didd.386
2.Extract didd.386 from .zip. We recommend that you extract didd.386 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting didd.386.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract didd.386 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place didd.386 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 didd.386 and press Enter.
