Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dk2vdd.dll
2.Extract dk2vdd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dk2vdd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dk2vdd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dk2vdd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dk2vdd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dk2vdd.dll and press Enter.
