Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dlcxins.dll
2.Extract dlcxins.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dlcxins.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dlcxins.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dlcxins.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dlcxins.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dlcxins.dll and press Enter.
