Using the zip or rar file
1.Download doloapp.resources.dll
2.Extract doloapp.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract doloapp.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting doloapp.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract doloapp.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place doloapp.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 doloapp.resources.dll and press Enter.
