Using the zip or rar file
1.Download drmstringdict00.dll
2.Extract drmstringdict00.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract drmstringdict00.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting drmstringdict00.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract drmstringdict00.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place drmstringdict00.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 drmstringdict00.dll and press Enter.
