Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dtprohlp.dll
2.Extract dtprohlp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dtprohlp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dtprohlp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dtprohlp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dtprohlp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dtprohlp.dll and press Enter.
