Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dvsoft.dll
2.Extract dvsoft.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dvsoft.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dvsoft.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dvsoft.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dvsoft.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dvsoft.dll and press Enter.
