Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DBHelper.cs.dll
2.Extract DBHelper.cs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DBHelper.cs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DBHelper.cs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DBHelper.cs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DBHelper.cs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DBHelper.cs.dll and press Enter.
