Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DMFExportAPI.dll
2.Extract DMFExportAPI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DMFExportAPI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DMFExportAPI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DMFExportAPI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DMFExportAPI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DMFExportAPI.dll and press Enter.
