Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DSGeneralDesignSetup.dll
2.Extract DSGeneralDesignSetup.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DSGeneralDesignSetup.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DSGeneralDesignSetup.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DSGeneralDesignSetup.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DSGeneralDesignSetup.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DSGeneralDesignSetup.dll and press Enter.
