Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DSYSysDlg.dll
2.Extract DSYSysDlg.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DSYSysDlg.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DSYSysDlg.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DSYSysDlg.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DSYSysDlg.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DSYSysDlg.dll and press Enter.
