Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DVMOutlookAddIn.dll
2.Extract DVMOutlookAddIn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DVMOutlookAddIn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DVMOutlookAddIn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DVMOutlookAddIn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DVMOutlookAddIn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DVMOutlookAddIn.dll and press Enter.
