Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Document861Upgrade.dll
2.Extract Document861Upgrade.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Document861Upgrade.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Document861Upgrade.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Document861Upgrade.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Document861Upgrade.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Document861Upgrade.dll and press Enter.
