Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Ds20Sign.dll
2.Extract Ds20Sign.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Ds20Sign.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Ds20Sign.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Ds20Sign.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Ds20Sign.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Ds20Sign.dll and press Enter.
