Using the zip or rar file
1.Download db2kbs.dll
2.Extract db2kbs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract db2kbs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting db2kbs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract db2kbs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place db2kbs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 db2kbs.dll and press Enter.
