Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dcmre.dll
2.Extract dcmre.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcmre.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcmre.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcmre.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcmre.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcmre.dll and press Enter.
