Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ddzsoundres.dll
2.Extract ddzsoundres.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ddzsoundres.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ddzsoundres.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ddzsoundres.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ddzsoundres.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ddzsoundres.dll and press Enter.
