Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DLBLL.dll
2.Extract DLBLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DLBLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DLBLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DLBLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DLBLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DLBLL.dll and press Enter.
