Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DYNews30PluginForOther.dll
2.Extract DYNews30PluginForOther.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DYNews30PluginForOther.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DYNews30PluginForOther.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DYNews30PluginForOther.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DYNews30PluginForOther.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DYNews30PluginForOther.dll and press Enter.
