Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Database1DataSet.Designer.vb.dll
2.Extract Database1DataSet.Designer.vb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Database1DataSet.Designer.vb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Database1DataSet.Designer.vb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Database1DataSet.Designer.vb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Database1DataSet.Designer.vb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Database1DataSet.Designer.vb.dll and press Enter.
