Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DeleteDependentFiles.dll
2.Extract DeleteDependentFiles.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DeleteDependentFiles.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DeleteDependentFiles.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DeleteDependentFiles.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DeleteDependentFiles.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DeleteDependentFiles.dll and press Enter.
