Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DirectRS232AUX.dll
2.Extract DirectRS232AUX.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DirectRS232AUX.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DirectRS232AUX.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DirectRS232AUX.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DirectRS232AUX.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DirectRS232AUX.dll and press Enter.
