Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Display3PB.dll
2.Extract Display3PB.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Display3PB.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Display3PB.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Display3PB.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Display3PB.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Display3PB.dll and press Enter.
