Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DoSENrmC.dll
2.Extract DoSENrmC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DoSENrmC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DoSENrmC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DoSENrmC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DoSENrmC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DoSENrmC.dll and press Enter.
