Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dbkernel.dll
2.Extract dbkernel.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dbkernel.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dbkernel.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dbkernel.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dbkernel.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dbkernel.dll and press Enter.
