Using the zip or rar file 1.Download devicedll.dll 1, 0, 0, 15
2.Extract devicedll.dll 1, 0, 0, 15 from .zip. We recommend that you extract devicedll.dll 1, 0, 0, 15 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting devicedll.dll 1, 0, 0, 15.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract devicedll.dll 1, 0, 0, 15 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place devicedll.dll 1, 0, 0, 15 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 devicedll.dll 1, 0, 0, 15 and press Enter.
