Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dkzzz0aa.dll
2.Extract dkzzz0aa.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dkzzz0aa.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dkzzz0aa.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dkzzz0aa.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dkzzz0aa.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dkzzz0aa.dll and press Enter.
