Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dpmc2cnv.dll
2.Extract dpmc2cnv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dpmc2cnv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dpmc2cnv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dpmc2cnv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dpmc2cnv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dpmc2cnv.dll and press Enter.
