Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dsnap60.bpl
2.Extract dsnap60.bpl from .zip. We recommend that you extract dsnap60.bpl to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dsnap60.bpl.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dsnap60.bpl to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dsnap60.bpl in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dsnap60.bpl and press Enter.
